RPLA is dedicated to eliminating recurrent pregnancy loss through the advancement of research into its causes and treatments. Appropriate areas of research include diagnosis, management, and pathogenesis of this condition. These can involve physiological, psychological, biochemical, pharmacological, genetic, or environmental investigations.

To be eligible, Grantees must be employed at a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization as recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
