We are a growing organization with a working Board. The Board manages the organization, shapes the direction and future vision, and works to get us there. Our Board members are spread across the US, so our regular meetings are virtual. If you are interested in learning more, please email megan@rplassociation.org. The Board commitment is 3-years.

If you want to shape RPLA strategy but don't want to be involved in organizational oversight, consider joining a Board Committee. We have five Committees: Development (help us raise money!), Scientific (help us find answers!), Programs (help us support the community!), Finance (help us manage money!), and Governance (help us operate and grow!). If you are interested in learning more, please email megan@rplassociation.org. Committee commitments are 1-year.
